If you are enjoying planning the wedding on your own, but find that you require specific advice such as a list of the best disc jockeys in town, or someone to help you organize you wedding day schedule with a detailed timeline, one or a selection of these individual services may be the perfect solution for you.

Concierge by the hour $75.00 / hour

From etiquette to reception planning, you pick the topic.

Scouting Trip Concierge $600.00

We can help to make your pre-wedding planning visit to Palm Springs more efficient so you can get more done and still have time for fun!! This package includes two (2) Wedding Concierge vendor referrals. Additional vendor lists may be purchased if desired.

Includes a maximum of two planning meetings to organize and plan Scouting Trip details and itinerary. Contact selected vendors and schedule appropriate appointments.

Create and provide Scouting Trip concierge information package containing your appointment itinerary with complete vendor contact information, maps and directions to vendor appointments, as well as vendor specific questions to ask at your interviews.

Arrange for your Scouting Trip information package delivery to your home pre-trip, or to our local hotel/residence.

Create Wedding Day Timeline $225.00

Using details taken from your vendor contracts, we create a detailed timeline for your wedding day events from pre-ceremony to reception.

Ceremony/Reception Site Selection $150.00 each

Screening of ceremony, reception and other wedding event venues as per your desired wedding style criteria. Schedule appointments and site tours, provide maps, driving directions and vendor questionnaires.

Wedding Concierge Referral $100.00 (per individual vendor category)

Your complete customized vendor listing includes up to three (3) vendors per/category. Contact name, address and phone number for each referral. Selected vendors will be contacted with your name and basic wedding information. We provide information on vendor's portfolio or specialty as well as a list of vendor specific questions for you to ask during your vendor interviews.

Arrange Vendor Meetings $200.00

Contact vendors and arrange itinerary for pre-wedding vendor meetings. Provide client with appointment itinerary, contact information, maps, driving directions and vendor questionnaires.

Attend Vendor Meetings $75.00 / hour

Participate in pre-wedding vendor meeting to discuss arrangement or design details for vendor's products or service in relation to wedding. Assist in contract negotiation.

Wedding Rehearsal Direction $100.00

Organization and on-location coordination of Wedding Rehearsal. Up to one hour (1) of rehearsal time. $25.00 per 15 minutes beyond one hour.
